Your Association Manager's responsibilities are numerous.  The Manager oversees landscaping, pool/gym equipment maintenance, clubhouse rentals, key card issuance, enforcement, violation notices, fee collection, policy development, accounts payable/receivable, Board governance assistance and more!

The Stone Park at Pike Road community is comprised of 275 single family homes and 43 Villa (townhouse rental) units.

The Stone Park custodial staff ensures the Clubhouse, fitness center, pool deck area, patio and restrooms are clean and sanitary.  

Custodial staff services the facilities three times per week and provides additional coverage on the weekends during peak seasons.

General assessment fees support the quality of life
