In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for Stone Park, all Properties/Units are required to remit annual General Assessment Fees to Stone Park Association, Inc. Annual General Assessment fees support the estimated and actual Common Area expenses, plus Reserves for Replacement allowances. General Assessment Fees are subject to change annually. (Declaration Article 8. Assessments)

Short term rentals, commonly referred to as AirBnb's or VRBO's, are a violation of the Stone Park Covenants and are not permitted.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stone Park Article 2. PROPERTY RIGHTS Any Owner may extend his or her right of use and enjoyment to the members of his or her family, lessees and social invitees, as applicable, subject to reasonable regulation by the Board. An Owner who leases his or her Unit shall be deemed to have assigned all such rights to the lessee of such Unit.
